Grace Mennonite Fellowship Learning Center

HISTORY:

In 1999, Grace Mennonite Fellowship partnered with Rev. Larry and Ruth Vitor to begin a learning center in Alipao, Surigao Del Norte.  20 children were sponsored from Grace. Presently Grace sponsors 60 children and  there are now two locations - Alipao and Motorpol. For more information, contact the church office, 442-6235 or gracemennonite@comcast.net.

THE SCHOOL YEAR:

The regular school starts in June and ends in March with a summer class during April and May.  The children wear school uniforms and have books and school supplies to purchase every year.  Their ages range from 4-6 years old.  Many of the parents volunteer to help at the Learning Center.  Classes offered are:  Nursery, Kindergarten I and II.

If you would like to sponsor a child please contact us!  Your monthly donation (only $15 per month) goes towards their uniforms, school supplies and other school needs.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

...let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
